Smile

When you smile, it’s like giving a gift to yourself and the person you smile at. On this day, practice smiling at others. Smiling says, ‘I’m truly happy to see you.’

Smiling is a universal greeting. In all cultures, a smile means, “I’m happy to see you.” When babies see a smile, they smile back. It’s there, where we can trace the contagious smile. So spread the smile bug and hope that everyone you meet catches it.
Each time you smile, you throw a little feel-good party in your brain. The feel good neurotransmitters dopamine, endorphins and serotonin are all released when a smile flashes across your face. Smiling is win-win for both the giver and the receiver.

“Share your smile with the world. It’s a symbol of friendship and peace.”
