Feel the Love

For today, the goal is to focus on the people and things we love. When we do this, all the unimportant, distracting things fall by the wayside. Knowing what and who you love also helps you to prioritize your time. Write two lists: 1) The things you love 2) The people you love. Then ask yourself, how can I show or put this love into action more fully?

Love gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Harness that amazing feeling by reflecting and interacting with the things and people you love daily.
When you do this, you fill your life with love. Pursue love and you will find happiness. We all have the same amount of time each day. The key is using that time for love.
