Days 21-30

You’re almost at the home stretch! Now that we’ve practiced appreciating ourselves and treating others the way we’d like to be treated, we can now focus on the bigger picture. When we appreciate the fact that we all have a special gift that can benefit the world, we can help make the world a better place. The final ten days will help us to focus on the link between appreciation, ourselves, and the world around us.

Feel the Love

Love is bigger than anything in it’s way. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Harness this power in your life.

Support an Artist

Why does art matter? Life without art would not be possible to enjoy. If you observe nature, you will see art, patterns, and creative design too. Art is intrinsic to life.

Talk To a Neighbour

Gratitude helps us to realize that people need to communicate too. A simple hello to the people you meet on the street is a simple way to build community.

Recognize That We're All Connected

Ever heard of the term ‘six degrees of separation?’ The truth is that we are all connected in some way or another, and our actions have a cause and effect- on all of us.

Appreciate the Earth

The Earth is our home. Everyday, it provides resources that are vital to life. Show your appreciation for the home we share.

Value Life

Humans are not the only living creatures on Earth. We share this special place with many species of animals, that each have a purpose too.

Millions of people live in countries where their daily needs are not met. Do your best to share what little you may have to someone who has even less than you.

Be Kind To a Stranger

It doesn’t have to be big. It can be a small gesture. Kindness encourages people to ‘pay it forward’ and express kindness to others. It’s a worthwhile domino effect.

Water the Grass Around You

The grass is greener where you water it. Discover opportunities in your neighbourhood to water and beautify your area.
